Clinostat - Electric
For
demonstration of heliotropism and geotropism. Germinating seedlings are
pinned to the table, which is rotated by an electric motor at 4
revolutions per hour. The motor is spindle mounted and may be clamped
by a thumbscrew so that the plane of table can be set at any angle
between horizontal and vertical. A plastic cover is provided for the
table to shield the seedlings from draughts. Supplied with 3-core AC
mains cable.
